Each decision is made under the leading of the Holy Spirit, ensuring that our work remains aligned with God’s will and purpose. With a shared commitment to serving others and advancing the ministry, our board members faithfully dedicate their time and talents to making a lasting impact.
Susan Cuccia
Secretary
Dedicated to serving Jesus as Savior, Susan Cuccia has enthusiastically supported Rev. Tony as an administrative assistant with International Solid Rock, while raising three daughters with her husband of 25 years, Joe. Susan manages crucial details and communications for ISR, and for the past two decades, she has been an active member of her home church, Community of Hope. Her deep love for the Lord profoundly shapes both her personal life and ministry work.
Board Member
In addition to serving on the ISR Board, Dave volunteers as a sound engineer on prison ministry trips, applying his technical skills to support the musicians. In his professional role, Dave manages multiple Comcast warehouses across Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie counties, ensuring efficient logistics for fulfillment, maintenance, and customer service teams. Known for his creativity, adaptability, and leadership, Dave brings a passion for service to both his work and ministry.
Robert “Catfish” Jaeger
Board Member
Robert “Catfish” Jaeger has been dedicated to serving International Solid Rock (ISR) for nearly two decades, both as a volunteer and board member since 2004. In addition to his work with ISR, Catfish is a current patch holder with the Sons of God Motorcycle Club, where he ministers to bikers in and out of prison. His extensive leadership experience includes serving as Secretary Treasurer, President, and 18-year President of the Florida chapter. Catfish is a retired Navy aviation chief, married to RuthAnn for 31 years and has 7 children. Catfish’s passion for helping the incarcerated and persecuted church in Cuba has been invaluable to ISR’s outreach. His experience, servant leadership, and deep faith make him a valued member of the ISR Board of Directors.
MaryAnn Loeffler
Treasurer
MaryAnn has been a devoted wife to Tony Loeffler Sr. for over 56 years and is a loving mother of three. As a prayer warrior and a dedicated member of International Solid Rock, she serves as the organization’s bookkeeper and provides unwavering support to Tony in all his ministry travels. MaryAnn also serves her local church by leading a women’s Bible study group, sharing her gentle wisdom as a teacher. Her steadfast faith and dedication to both family and ministry are a true inspiration to those around her.

Tony Loeffler is an evangelist, singer, songwriter, producer, and recording artist who has released over 25 albums. He is co-founder of the International Solid Rock and has been taking the Gospel to prisons on four continents over the past fifty plus years. Tony’s life journey is a powerful story of transformation, from homelessness and addiction to becoming an acclaimed musician and spiritual leader. After finding faith through a Salvation Army officer, he turned his life around, becoming a Blues Hall of Fame inductee, prolific musician, and co-founder of International Solid Rock, Inc. His story serves as an inspiring example of the impact of faith, perseverance, and second chances.
Board Member
For decades, Eddie has played onstage and recorded with a myriad of famous musicians and artists, like Maynard Ferguson, Natalie Cole and Frank Sinatra, plus he has taught thousands of students as a high school music teacher. Eddie is now in a place in his life where the only thing that matters is sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ in word and music. In Eddie’s words, this Scripture sums it up perfectly:
“Yes, everything else is worthless when compared to the infinite value of knowing Christ Jesus, my LORD. For this sake, I have discarded everything else, counting it all as garbage so that I could gain Christ.”
President
Chip Nelson, a former corporate leader with extensive experience in operational excellence and strategic leadership, now applies his skills to non-profit ministry work as a director at ISR. Chip is currently attending Palm Beach Atlantic University in the Cultural Apologetics program. Combining his business acumen with theological studies, Chip coordinates humanitarian trips, preaches, and teaches both in the US and abroad. His unique background allows him to lead with efficiency and compassion, challenging audiences to reflect on their spiritual growth while making a global impact.

Stephen Sibilia grew up in Bloomfield, NJ, where he currently resides with his wife Theresa. He is employed as a Designer at Design Productions in Waldwick, NJ. Stephen has been involved with Solid Rock in different capacities since 1985 and currently serves on the board of Directors. Apart from Solid Rock, he has served as a Lay minister at Christian Faith Center in Bloomfield, NJ, and prior to that served as a deacon at Bethany Church in Wyckoff, NJ. Solid Rock’s commitment to Jesus Christ and the Gospel of Jesus Christ is what has held Stephen’s devotion all these years.
